Desulphurisation plant is being retrofitted across Indian thermal generation, and absorber and duct internals are one of the harshest coating duties there is. If you are specifying or re-coating FGD internals, send the flue gas condition and the substrate.
Repair without hot work.
On a shutdown, a cold repair is often the difference between returning a pump casing to service and waiting for a replacement casting.

Which coating do I need?
Send three things: what is running over the surface, the operating temperature, and whether it is immersed or splashed. Corrosion, erosion and abrasion take different systems and the wrong one fails early.
Do you apply the coating, or only supply it?
The range covers corrosion survey and diagnosis, tank rehabilitation, pipeline lining and repair, pump repair and efficiency coating, heat exchanger refurbishment, concrete repair, flooring installation, conveyor and rubber liner repair, and structure coating. Tell us the job and we will say what we can arrange.
Can you quote across your ranges as one line list?
Yes. Coatings, abrasives, gases, pump spares, cleaning equipment and welding consumables can all sit on one quotation and one purchase order.
Do you supply FGD coating systems?
Yes, as an authorized DEMECH dealer. Send the flue gas condition, the substrate and the area.
Are these held in stock?
No. We carry sample quantities and order against your requirement.

What are your payment terms?
We expect payment, in full, within 30 days of delivery of the goods requested. For some of our products and services, we may require some payment in advance.
