Screens, crushers, feeders and tipplers — and the spares for the ones already running
Synergy Services Corporation supplies bulk material handling and processing equipment across India as an authorized dealer for Hewitt Robins International Limited. The range covers vibrating screens from 1.25 to 3.6 meters wide, ring granulators from 40 to 1600 TPH, apron feeders to 2400 mm, and wagon tipplers rated to 140 tonnes gross. We also supply live frames, vibrator assemblies and wear parts for Hewitt Robins and TRF machines already installed in Indian steel plants, power stations, cement works and ore preparation plants.

WHY THE SPARES INTERCHANGE
A sixty-year lineage in Indian bulk handling
Hewitt Robins was one of the promoters of Tata Robins Fraser in 1962, alongside TISCO, ACC and General Electric. TRF went on to acquire Hewitt Robins International in 2010. A large part of the screening, crushing and feeding plant installed across Indian steel works, power stations and ports carries that shared design lineage.

In practice that means a machine stamped TRF, running since the 1980s, can often be supported with Hewitt Robins live frames, vibrator assemblies and wear parts built to the original drawings. If you have a machine and a serial number, we can establish what fits.

Common Questions
What buyers ask before they raise a PO
Usually, yes. Hewitt Robins (HRIL) and TRF share a design lineage going back to 1962, and parts for much of the installed base are built to the original drawings. Beyond that, HRIL has the capability to customize spare parts to most other machines for bulk material handling processing. Send the serial number and a photograph of the nameplate and we will confirm what fits before quoting.
We mainly serve locations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
