HEWITT ROBINS was one of the promoters of Tata Robins Fraser in 1962, alongside TISCO, ACC and General Electric. TRF went on to acquire HEWITT ROBINS INTERNATIONAL in 2010. Much of the screening, crushing and feeding plant installed across Indian steel works, power stations and ports carries that shared design lineage.
In practice, a machine stamped TRF and running since the 1980s can often be supported with HEWITT ROBINS live frames, vibrator assemblies and wear parts built to the original drawings. If you have a machine and a serial number, we can establish what fits.

Questions.
Can you supply spares for machines not made by HEWITT ROBINS or TRF?
Usually, yes. HEWITT ROBINS and TRF share a design lineage going back to 1962, and parts for much of the installed base are built to the original drawings. HEWITT ROBINS can also make spares to fit most other bulk handling machines. Send the serial number and a photograph of the nameplate and we will confirm what fits before quoting.
Do you supply complete machines or only spares?
Both. Complete screens, crushers, feeders and tipplers, and the wear and rotating parts for machines already installed. Replacement screens are custom designed to fit the existing structure.
Can your OEM equipment be customized?
Yes. Screens in particular are designed to fit an existing structure. Send the duty and the layout and we will say what can be built to fit.
Can you issue an OEM authorization letter?
Yes. Synergy Services Corporation holds an authorization from HEWITT ROBINS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. An authorization letter is issued at the technical evaluation stage, on request.
