What we collect
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for your name, your company or business name, your email address and your requirement. Your telephone number and the supply line you are interested in are optional.
When you browse
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages visited, how you arrived, the device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use these figures in aggregate to learn which pages help buyers. If you decline, or make no choice, analytics cookies are not set.
Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information each time a page is requested, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver the page and keep the site secure.
We do not collect payment details, government identifiers or any other sensitive personal data through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where you go ahead, to prepare a quotation, supply and correspond with you about it.
- To improve the website, using analytics, only with your consent.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Wix.com hosts this website and stores enquiry form submissions. It sends each submission by email to the people at Synergy who answer enquiries.
- Google provides Google Analytics, used only with your consent.
These providers may store data outside India, including in the United States. They process it on our instructions and under their own security commitments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
- Necessary: the hosting platform may set cookies needed to deliver pages securely. Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser so we don’t ask again.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies (named
_gaand_ga_*), set only after you choose “Accept analytics”.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the correspondence that follows for as long as we need them to respond, to supply what was ordered, and to meet legal record-keeping requirements. Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account, after which it is deleted automatically.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, to delete it, or to stop using it. You can withdraw consent to analytics at any time. These rights follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you are elsewhere, the law where you live may give you further rights, and we will honor them.
To make a request, write to office@synergyservicescorporation.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm who you are before acting on it.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries are read only by the people who answer them. No method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, write to our grievance officer. We will acknowledge your message and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
