What documentation is issued with an order?
Applicable documents like certificates, warranty papers and invoicing are issued with the consignment. Steel is supplied with mill test certificates. Tell us at quotation stage in whose name the documents should be raised and which format your inspection requires, and they will be prepared that way.
Which locations do you deliver to?
We have supplied clients in India (Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Maharashtra), the United States (California, Atlanta and Florida) and Canada.
Can you issue an OEM authorization letter?
Yes, for the manufacturers we are authorized by. We hold authorizations from ESAB, DEMECH and HEWITT ROBINS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, and the certificates are provided on request with their references and dates. An authorization letter is issued at the technical evaluation stage, on request.
Can your OEM equipment be customized?
Yes. Some equipment, bulk material handling and processing equipment in particular, can be tailored to your requirement. Send the duty and the existing layout and we will say what can be built to fit.
How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?
We respond to any enquiry within 24 to 48 hours.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, and it varies with the product requested. Send your enquiry and we will tell you whether we can fulfill it.
What are your payment terms?
We expect payment, in full, within 30 days of delivery of the goods requested. For some of our products and services, we may require some payment in advance.
