Synergy Services Corporation is a procurement and supply company based in India. We supply materials and equipment to manufacturers, fabricators, contractors, and processing plants across the country.

As a long-standing partner and ancillary to some of India's largest government and private manufacturers, we have cultivated a vast and reliable supply chain to provide a catalogue of products and services critical for plant operations.
We supply raw material (metals and minerals), semi-finished and finished goods (steel products), and operational equipment (pumps, hydraulic presses). Further, as authorized dealers, we provide welding equipment and consumables (as ESAB dealers), bulk material handling and processing (as Hewitt Robins International Limited dealers), and anti-corrosion and anti-erosion chemical coatings (as Demech dealers).

You send us the product, specification, quantity, delivery location, and timeline.
Our team reviews the requirement and comes back with availability, price, and a delivery date within 3 to 5 business days. If we cannot source it to specification, we tell you at that point, not later in the order.
Material is dispatched to your plant or site. Transport is arranged on our side.
Certificates, warranty papers and invoicing are issued with the supply, in the form your inspection or audit needs.

What buyers ask before they raise a PO
Applicable documents like certificates, warranty papers, and invoicing are issued with the consignment. Steel is supplied with mill test certificates. Tell us at quotation stage in whose name the documents should be raised and which format your inspection requires, and they will be prepared that way.
We mainly serve locations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Yes, for the manufacturers we are authorized by. We hold authorizations from ESAB, Demech Chemicals, and Hewitt Robins International Limited, and the certificates are provided upon request with their references and dates. Further, an authorization letter is issued at the technical evaluation stage, on request.
Yes, some equipment (like our bulk material handling and processing equipments) are, where possible, tailored to your specific needs. Our partners and we make every effort to ensure your needs are met.
RFQ responses can take between 24 to 48 hours.
Yes, and this varies depending upon the product requested. Please send in your inquiry and we will let you know if we are able to fulfill your request.
We expect payment, in full, within 30 days of delivery of the goods requested. For some of our products and services, we may require some payment in advance.
