On a shutdown that is often the difference between returning a pump casing to service and waiting for a replacement casting. Why it matters
No permit, no heat, no distortion
A cold repair takes the hot-work permit out of the job. On a running plant that removes a scheduling dependency as much as a safety one — no fire watch, no gas test, no isolation of adjacent lines. It also puts no heat into the component, so a thin casing does not distort and a machined face does not move.

Where the part is beyond a cold repair, we supply the replacement — and where it is a wear part on bulk handling equipment, we supply the hardfacing overlay too.

Asked before most orders
No. There is no welding and no heat input, which is the reason the range exists.
It depends how far it has worn. We supply the replacement as well, so the answer you get is not weighted toward one or the other.
Yes, for the manufacturers we are authorized by. Synergy Services Corporation hold authorizations from ESAB. An authorization letter is issued at the technical evaluation stage, on request.
RFQ responses can take between 24h to 48h.
We expect payment, in full, within 30 days of delivery of the goods requested. For some of our products and services, we may require some payment in advance.
