Coatings are specified by the service condition: what is running over the surface, at what temperature, and whether it is immersed. Send those three and we will name the system.

Desulphurisation plant.
FGD plant is being retrofitted across Indian thermal generation, and absorber and duct internals are one of the harshest coating duties there is. DEMECH publishes a dedicated four-product FGD system: HCM 2D, HCM 2 Midcoat, HCM 2N and HCM 2M.

Which coating do I need?
Send three things: what is running over the surface, the operating temperature, and whether it is immersed or splashed. Corrosion, erosion and abrasion take different systems and the wrong one fails early.
Do you supply FGD coating systems?
Yes, as an authorized DEMECH dealer. Send the flue gas condition, the substrate and the area.
Can you issue an OEM authorization letter?
Yes. Synergy Services Corporation holds an authorization from DEMECH. An authorization letter is issued at the technical evaluation stage, on request.
Are these held in stock?
