Refractory raw materials are bought on chemistry and sizing, not on brand. Send the assay window your process needs and the sizing, or tell us the application and we will propose the specification first.

This category is sourced rather than supplied under a manufacturer authorization. Where we cannot source a grade to specification, we say so at quotation.

Can you supply against our assay window rather than a trade grade?
Yes. Send the chemistry limits and the sizing. Where a window is tighter than the material can hold, we say so before you order, not after.
Can we sample before committing?
We don’t offer samples. We do provide test certificates, including from third-party inspectors such as SGS, and send them to you on request.
How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?
We respond to any enquiry within 24 to 48 hours.
What are your payment terms?
We expect payment, in full, within 30 days of delivery of the goods requested. For some of our products and services, we may require some payment in advance.
