The site describes the products we supply and the manufacturers we represent, as general information. Specifications, models and ranges come from manufacturers and can change without notice. Confirm what you need against our written quotation and the manufacturer’s documentation before you rely on it.
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a price, or a commitment on stock or delivery. Where a value is not known, the site shows “–”.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We respond to enquiries within 24 to 48 hours; that is a response, not a quotation. A quotation is binding only when we issue it in writing, and only on the terms it states, including price, validity, taxes, delivery and payment. An order becomes a contract when we confirm it in writing.
Dealer authorization letters, supply references and certifications are issued to the buying entity on written request. They are not published on this site.
Trademarks and content
ESAB, DEMECH, HEWITT ROBINS INTERNATIONAL, PUMP ENGINEERING COMPANY and other product and company names belong to their owners. We use them to identify the products we supply and the manufacturers whose authorized dealer or representative we are.
The text, photographs, design and the Synergy and Synergy Remy names and marks on this site belong to Synergy Services Corporation or are used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for evaluating a purchase. You may not copy them for commercial use, or present them as your own, without our written permission.
Using the site
Don’t use the site to send unlawful, misleading or harmful material, to attempt unauthorized access, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data from it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing. We may block access that does.
Links to other sites
Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn or a manufacturer’s site, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
