Auto K 600 is a heavy-duty thyristor MIG/MAG set at 600 A; its duty cycle is not published — Confirm. Where one machine has to cover MIG, TIG and stick, the multi-process range — Warrior Edge 500 CX and DX, Aristo 500ix, Warrior 500i ECHO — carries all three at 500 A, three phase.

Heavy, continuous, rugged — thyristor rather than inverter
Duty cycle is the column that matters on a shop floor. A 500 A machine rated 60% stops for four minutes in ten; the 502i at 100% does not. If you are unsure, send the material and the thickest section you weld.

Send the spec
A drawing, a BOQ, or the material and thickness. A photograph of the nameplate is enough for a replacement.

We come back within 24 to 48 hours
With the quotation, or with the questions we need answered to price it accurately, and a compliance note where a specification is written.
Step 03
Dispatch to your plant or site
Once the terms are agreed upon, we dispatch the material to your plant.
Step 04
Papers with the goods
Warranty and test certificates with the delivery. Authorization documentation to the buying entity on request.

Asked before most orders
No. We carry sample quantities only and order against your requirement. If timing is critical, say so with the enquiry and we will confirm what is achievable before you raise the order.
Anywhere in India. We work most closely in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, and parts of Maharashtra and Karnataka.
Yes, we hold authorizations from ESAB and other manufacturers we may supply material from. The relevant certificates are provided upon request with their references and dates. Further, an authorization letter is issued at the technical evaluation stage, on request.
Yes. Synergy Services Corporation quotes as a Class I local supplier under the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order. ESAB manufactures this equipment in India.
We expect payment, in full, within 30 days of delivery of the goods requested. For some of our products and services, we may require some payment in advance.
