Synergy Services Corporation supplies ESAB welding consumables to steel plants, ferroalloy producers, shipyards and fabricators across India as an authorized ESAB dealer. Send a grade and a size and we will quote it. Send a material, a thickness and a welding position and we will name the grade first. We respond to any enquiry within 24 to 48 hours.

Vendor registration

One registration, six supply categories

Most plants buy only from vendors already on their approved list, and a registration cycle can take longer than the order itself. Synergy Services Corporation supplies welding, steel, metals and minerals, bulk material handling, and construction and maintenance. A plant that registers us once can order electrodes in March and screen spares in July against the same registration, the same terms and the same paperwork — one supplier to qualify and audit rather than four.

Where a specification calls IS rather than AWS

If your line list names a grade, send it as written. If it names a make, we quote the ESAB product that meets the specification and note where it complies.

Rate contracts

If you are building an annual rate contract

Send the line list with sizes and estimated annual quantities. We quote line by line, hold the rate for the contract period, and supply against a delivery schedule rather than a single drop. Repeat drawdowns run against the contract reference — no fresh specification each time.

We carry sample quantities and order against your requirement, which is why every quotation carries a delivery date rather than a promise of immediate despatch. On a rate contract we supply to your schedule.
Yes. Several lines are classified to both — ESAB 28 and FERROARC carry IS 814 classifications alongside AWS A5.1.
Yes, for the manufacturers we are authorized by. Synergy Services Corporation hold authorizations from ESAB. An authorization letter is issued at the technical evaluation stage, on request.

RFQ responses can take up to 2 business days.
We expect payment, in full, within 30 days of delivery of the goods requested. For some of our products and services, we may require some payment in advance.
