Vibrating screens, 1.25 to 3.6 meters wide
Inclined, horizontal, high-energy and wide screens, custom designed to fit the structure you already have. Synergy Services Corporation supplies HEWITT ROBINS vibrating screens across India as an authorized dealer. The standard range runs from 1.25 to 3.6 meters wide and 2.4 to 9.6 meters long, in single and multi-deck arrangements, with capacities to 4000 TPH on the widest machines. Screens are bolted, so a single component can be replaced rather than the whole frame.

Specified at order, not retrofitted.
Where possible the distance between decks is increased, which makes deck changes and routine maintenance safer and faster over the life of the machine.

Can a new screen fit our existing structure?
Yes. Most replacement screens are custom designed to fit an existing structure. Send the serial number and a photograph of the nameplate, or the structure drawing.
Can you issue an OEM authorization letter?
Yes. Synergy Services Corporation holds an authorization from HEWITT ROBINS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. An authorization letter is issued at the technical evaluation stage, on request.
