Synergy Services Corporation is a procurement and supply company based in India. We supply materials and equipment to manufacturers, fabricators, contractors and processing plants across the country — raw material, semi-finished and finished goods, and operational equipment. We are an authorized dealer for ESAB, Hewitt Robins International and DEMECH. Send a specification and we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Five industrial lines. A plant that registers us once can buy across all five against the same registration, the same terms and the same paperwork.
01 · Welding
Machines, electrodes and consumables, wire feeders, power sources, cutting and plasma systems, torches and accessories. Authorized ESAB dealer, with manufacturer warranty.
02 · Bulk handling
Screening, feeding, crushing and conveyor equipment, and the wear components required to run your plant. Authorized dealer for Hewitt Robins International.
03 · Minerals
Refractory raw materials, industrial minerals, alloys and process metals, supplied against assay.
04 · Steel
Plate, coil, structural sections, pipe and wear steel, supplied with the mill test certificates required at inspection.
05 · Maintenance
Anti-corrosion and anti-erosion coatings, pumps, abrasives, industrial gases and the consumables a shutdown runs on. Authorized DEMECH dealer.

Supply, and the work around it
Supply against specification
Send a grade, an assay window, a duty or a drawing. Where you do not have a specification, send the application and we will propose one before quoting.
Rate contracts
Line-by-line pricing held for the contract period, supplied to a delivery schedule. Reorders run as a drawdown rather than a fresh enquiry.
Authorized dealership
ESAB, Hewitt Robins International and DEMECH. Goods come through the authorized channel with the manufacturer's warranty and test certificates intact.
Documentation
Test certificates, mill test certificates traceable to heat number, assays, material safety data sheets, and authorization letters issued to the buying entity on written request.
Vendor registration
One registration covers all five lines. We complete registration formalities alongside the quotation rather than after it.

Test certificates, assays and safety data sheets with the goods. Authorization letters to the buying entity on request.
QUESTIONS
Asked before a first order
Yes. Welding consumables, coatings, abrasives, gases and wear parts can sit on one quotation and one purchase order. For a shutdown that is usually the point.
A procurement and supply company. On welding, bulk handling and coatings we are an authorized dealer for the manufacturer; on steel, metals and minerals we source against your written specification.
No. We carry sample quantities and order against your requirement.
Within 24 to 48 hours, on any enquiry across any of the five lines.
It varies by line and we state it on the quotation. Welding equipment is Indian-manufactured and quoted as Class I; metals and minerals is largely imported and is not. Tell us before you bid and we will confirm what qualifies.
We expect payment, in full, within 30 days of delivery of the goods requested. For some of our products and services, we may require some payment in advance.
